Indielab has kicked off its 2023 TV accelerator programme, with 16 indies taking part, including Chwarel TV, the Welsh producer of Channel 4's The Great House Giveaway, and diversity-focused Dare Pictures, which is making Crypto Queen for Sky and C4.

Now in its eighth year, the fast-track scheme runs until the end of June, offering masterclasses, seminars and briefings from leading indie figures.

Creative Scotland, Creative Wales, and Sony Pictures TV (SPT) are providing bursary places for regional and diverse indies, with the BBC and Channel 4 also offering funding.
