Former Beyond Productions development head Nikki Pinkus has joined All3Media factual indie Purple Productions.

She has taken up the role of development executive at Purple, which is part of All3’s Objective Media Group.

The label is best known for 5/Paramount+ shows Motorway Cops and its US version, plus BBC2’s Villages By The Sea and Channel 4’s Millionaire Hoarders and its upcoming shows include BBC1’s Doorbell Detectives and a brace of royal docs for 5.

Pinkus spent three years at former Banijay label Beyond, developing shows such as C4’s Outrageous Homes with Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and BBC1’s Pooch Perfect, prior to its closure in 2023.

Since then, she has worked as a freelance development executive for CPL Productions, Talkback and Studio Ramsay.

Prior to joining Beyond, Pinkus was a development executive for BBC Studios, Remedy Productions and Keo Films and spent five years as head of development for Lucky Day Productions.
