This is an incredible opportunity for you to hear from three speakers from disparate factual programming backgrounds on arguably the most crucial part of factual programming. After all, if the audience can’t invest in your character - fact or fiction - what's to keep them tuning in week after week? They'll be discussing the process of accessing the right contributors and keeping them on the programme, duty of care, street casting and more. Hear tales of their best and worst casting experiences, as well as some practical advice on how to cast real people as 'characters' that will sell to the program makers.
