Lime Pictures has signed the Channel 4 commissioner behind Caroline Flack: Her Life & Death and Bafta-winning The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan to help steer its global formats and talent push.
Becky Cadman joins the All3Media-owned indie behind Hollyoaks and Celebs Go Dating as creative director of formats and talent. Her role encompasses developing formats with international potential and leading on-screen talent relations for new formats.
She will report to global head of unscripted Sarah Tyekiff and will work alongside fellow creative directors Nick Johns and Rebecca Kenny-Smith and talent executive Nic McNeilis.
Cadman takes up the role next month and leaves C4 after five years as a factual entertainment commissioner, ordering shows including Naked Attraction, The Love Trap and The Money Maker.
She previously led format development on shows such as ITV’s Love Island, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and Sky’s Got to Dance.
Tyekiff hailed Cadman’s “exceptional format brain and track record of developing international hits,” adding: “She has fantastic talent relationships, and her understanding of the current market and youth trends are unrivalled.”
