Does anyone else find the The Talent manager app frustrating/broken?

I really want to use The Talent Manager app more..

But it’s just so broken as a user experience.

When I try to reply to people.. I can’t see what I’m typing as the onscreen keyboard blocks the view.

When I try to check my posts., there is no easy inbox style view of all replies.

Even using the web interface.. it’s broken, I’m typing in this tiny box, that doesn’t scroll down as I’m writing so my txt keeps disappearing.

It needs work.
