I'm looking for a Taiwan based fixer and a mainland China based fixer for a project following this year's hurricane season. The series will follow hurricanes across the globe and will tell the stories of rescue services, local communities and families before and after the event of the storm so previous experience of connecting with rescue agencies (state / NGO / volunteer) would be a distinct advantage.
