DV Talent are usually a good start. Do you know what camera you want to train in?

DV Talent do more camera / self-shooting training that pretty much anyone. We've been at the forefront of training the industry - with top industry practitioners delivering the training. (One of our tutors was just shortlisted for the Oscar for best doc.) The group sizes on our courses are also kept deliberate small, and are very well-equipped so you're getting a lot of hands-on time - not just learning the theory. We appreciate that good training isn't cheap. So you can get Screenskills bursaries for many of our courses - email training@dvtalent.co.uk to find out more. There are also substantial discounts for Talent Manager Pro (annual) members, and Early Bird discounts if you're able to book, well, early. Hope that helps. (Disclaimer: I run DV Talent.)
