Done well it absolutely benefits productions. Thank you Michelle and Lou for all your hard work creating Share My Telly Job and helping both individuals and recruiters alike understand the benefits for both sides. The team here at The Talent Manager are really proud to be working with you. And its fantastic that our collaboration has got some press!

I would certainly be interested in a job share and hope to network with other parents soon. I have a young family but am passionate about TV production - PM me if you would be interested in talking about a job share.

As a mum of a 13 month old I am very interested in learning more about job sharing. A friend and I have put together a job sharing proposal and are hoping it gains traction, we just need one person to take the chance and hopefully others will follow. I can see edit producing in particular as an excellent place for job sharing. Fingers crossed, good luck to all going through the same thing....

My situation can't be compared to being a parent - BUT, I do have my own production company, which is still in its infancy and I use freelance jobs to pay the bills whilst whatever I make with my own company goes back into itself for growth.
But because projects and briefs are sent to me out of the blue and require a fast turnaround, a job share would benefit me the most rather than being tied down to lengthy contracts that would force me to turn down other projects.
Personally, I think it's a great idea and more surprised that it hadn't been considered or brought up sooner.
