How do I get a junior researcher position with a degree but no 'credits'

I have a science degree (Bsc animal biology and conservation), have been a 'supporting artist' for several years, worked in marketing and research for a start-up/grade 2 listed house, but I can't put any of this on my profile and can't apply without 'credits'. I have also emailed everyone that doesn't go through talent manager/natural history network already; just trying to get my foot in the door!
