I understand the financial and logistical reasons for recruiters and execs selecting the 'safer option'. But given that broadcasters and production companies have recently promised to do more to increase racial and social diversity within their productions, does anyone else find it counter-productive to stick to an archaic criteria, which prevented disadvantaged talent from getting a foot on the ladder within the industry in the first place...?
Who believes that the "Three Recent Relevant Credits" criteria is outdated?
