What is Talent Manager's cancellation policy?
You may cancel your Talent Manager subscription or change plans at any time by clicking on the "cancel subscription" button on the Account > Membership Details page. Your paid plan will end on the date of your next billing cycle (i.e. the month or year anniversary of whenever you first paid for your subscription's start). We do not offer refunds for partial use, except in the cases of Talent Manager-caused issues with account access or other problems. If this is the case, email us: support@thetalentmanager.com and we'll look into any troubles you've experienced.
How do I switch to a different plan?
If you have a Pro subscription you will be able to upgrade to Premium Pro or an Annual subscription via your account page. If, however, you are on an annual subscription and wish to switch to a monthly membership – you will need to wait until your renewal date to switch. In this instance, please contact support at support@thetalentmanager.com.
How does 'pausing' my account work?
You can pause your membership via your account page, and it can be paused up to 6 months. Please bear in mind that you can only pause your subscription once during a 12 month period. The recurring subscription will automatically be reactivated on the pause end date.
