Course Content

A 2 day course with an engaging mix of classroom and practical outdoors sessions, the syllabus delivers an understanding of safe systems of work, including risk assessments and other forms of pre-planning undertaken by off-site safety advisors.

You will gain an understanding of and the ability to assess remote areas, coastal areas, upland terrain and/or unfamiliar terrain. The course teaches students to identify associated hazards and equip them with the basic skills to work safely and deal with any incidents in these environments.
