Job Advertisement: Science Producer – Popular Factual Series
Location: North London – in house
Dates: From Mid-Jan for approx 2 months
Role Overview:
Plum Pictures are seeking an experienced Science Producer to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the food science, health and nutrition presented in this new series. You will play a vital role in maintaining the factual correctness of the science, as well as shaping the content of the show, able to transform complex data into content suitable for a general audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Series Producer and Presenters to shape the content of the show, using thorough scientific research.
Be on location shoots, making sure the scientific references are accurate.
Thoroughly fact-check all science content for accuracy.
Essential Criteria:
A minimum of two previous credits on a science-based television series at AP level or above.
Desirable:
A passion for food, health and nutrition.
