PD (Self Shooting)
Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Shooting Producer / Director to join a long running Garden Makeover series.
The role includes scripting, shooting and directing presenters, liaising with contributors and the makeover teams. Experience of directing multiple presenters essential.
The shoots are UK based, you will have a full driving licence, available to be on location for 3 days per week away from home during the full filming period. Essential is a proven track record of shooting and directing fast turnaround formatted shows. Highly proficient shooting on Sony FS6, basic radio mic / boom sound operation, data wrangling and technical confidence is essential.
Experience of shooting and directing broadcast features/daytime series essential, DIY makeover and horticultural experience would be beneficial. The role would be from mid-April until Sept. You will be working with a team of experienced landscapers and presenters plus a shooting AP, proven experience of managing and motivating a team is essential. We are looking for a positive thinker, who is self-motivated organised, and with a good attention to detail.
We are a Midlands based company and the expectation is to be in the Birmingham office when not out on location.
