Post Production Runner
Description
Box to Box Films are looking for a Post Production Runner to join our team. This role will require the successful applicant to work from our East London location.
Duties will include -
Opening and closing of the office and overseeing housekeeping in the Hoxton Facility, working closely with the Post Production team and Post Executives. Ad hoc support for the wider production team as required.
You will be trained on how to set up edit suites, ensuring they have been set up with the required equipment / logins & licences.
Provide front line support for edit teams on site.
Set up DIT kits for shoots including encrypting, labelling and movement in and out of drives for shoots.
You will have training on how to use Avid, media shuttle and other software for:
• Backing up media
• Transcoding material for assistant editors
• Dailies Creation
• LTO creation
• Best practices and organisational skills
• Managing rushes transfer to offsite facilities, as necessary.
Helping with paperwork for shoots in conjunction with the production team.
Day to day running of the media library, including the asset management tracker.
Assisting the Kit Supervisor with the organisation of the kit room, including managing the tracking system and ensuring each production has access to kit as required.
