Job Title: Co-Executive Producer / Series Producer
Production: Reality Series / BBC Studios
Contract: Shoot (subject to change slightly) May 12 for 9 weeks with 3/4 week (tbd) pre-pro period before that. Est start date April 14th.
We are looking for an experienced Co-Executive Producer / Series Producer to join our team for a highly anticipated reality series set in London. This is a an opportunity for a seasoned producer with a strong background in ensemble-cast reality shows (along the same lines as Real Housewives, Vanderpump Rules, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage field crews, ensuring seamless production across multiple locations daily.
• Write daily beat sheets for multiple scenes, tracking evolving narratives
• Work closely with large cast to shape compelling storylines.
• Oversee location teams and forward planning, coordinating schedules and logistics.
• Lead and support field producers and directors, ensuring dynamic and engaging coverage.
• Collaborate with executive producers, ensuring creative vision and production goals are met.
• Troubleshoot on-the-ground challenges and adapt to fast-moving production needs.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Co-Executive Producer or Series Producer on reality ensemble shows. This is a must.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in field production.
• Exceptional storytelling instincts, with the ability to track and develop narrative arcs in real-time. Directing crews / talent in the field etc.
• Experience writing detailed beat sheets for complex, multi-layered scenes.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• London-based or available to work in London from April through July.
