Drives to give a first-class viewing experience by researching and producing content and projects designed to engage and grow audiences. Experienced in broadcasting on a range of topical news issues, and uses the power of social media to increase reach and awareness. Available for immediate employment.Recent experience comes from working as a Senior Production Journalist for Estuary TV, which was the longest-running local television station in the UK, reaching approximately 250,000 homes in the East Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire region on Virgin Media's digital television network.I was involved in all aspects of production and programming, including Head of News/Presenter for the channel's flagship news programme 'Estuary News' and Researcher/Producer/Presenter for 'On Your Bike', a cycling tourism series.I am now looking for my next exciting role, where my dynamic and creative approach to work would make me an asset to any organisation.
Read LessWe have worked with Luke on several projects here at Resolution. During the development of a six-part TV series, On Your Bike, which aired in 2015 up in the Yorkshire/Lincolnshire region he took the part of the on-screen presenter, learning to ride a bike for the role and worked alongside our crew, suggesting his own ideas to enhance the series. He was just perfect. We have since worked with him to record voice-overs for our commercial work with Hull Council and would recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone looking for a friendly, easy going artiste willing work without complaint and take direction quite readily - always a smile and, might I add, wears the most fabulous shoes!
