Will is quite possibly the happiest individual I've every worked with, his easy going nature and sense of humour is on par with his work ethic and can do attitude. Never once, regardless of how tough things have been on location, has Will ever faltered and I've always been able to rely on him to get what is needed when it's needed, going above and beyond without complaint. Technically skilled with a good head for story and a great rapport with crew and talent means his direction is well received. Will is one of those rare PD's who are able to do the producing and directing part of the job.
