I am an experienced and versatile producer/director having worked across a range of different prime time genres for all the major broadcasters. Each genre has allowed me to develop particular skills: a strong sense of storytelling and unique access for documentaries, the rigour and speed required for current affairs programmes; the creativity and imagination for one-off features and pilots; the efficiency and budget awareness for format and lifestyle shows; the ambition and painstaking attention to details of the bigger budget landmark documentaries. These skills are taken with me into every production I now work on.I have established excellent relationships with on screen talent, from Sir Trevor McDonald to Katie Piper. I have found and produced diverse contributors, from prisoners on death row to debutantes, and I've negotiated access to all manner of establishments and organizations.I am accomplished as a field director, a self-shooter and as an edit producer.
