Hi! I'm a native Italian chef, cooking teacher and food writer/photographer living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where I have my own Italian cooking school La Cucina del Sole. I organise culinary & cultural holidays in Italy and love to cook on video and to present the beauties of my country of origin. I'm specialized in Italian, international and healthy cooking. I've had my own cooking programme in Italy ("La cucina degli altri" on Gambero Rosso Channel, Italy's 1st food channel, 40 episodes on the World Cuisine).
