I’m a graduate of Western Michigan University. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles & Apparel: Fashion Design; in addition to a two term study abroad stint at Regent’s University London in London, England! During college, I was the Executive Advisor of my universities fashion organization M.O.D.A- Merchandising Opportunities & Design Association. Working in a group environment comes instinctively to me. In my position, I mentored anywhere between 40-80 models and up to 25 designers simultaneously both fall & spring semesters. I was also responsible for organizing set design as co-chair on the production committee, creating/organizing local fundraisers, community social events, & networking with potential sponsors as well as contributing as a designer. My professional background includes clerical, retail sales, and an alterations specialist for Buckle. Upon moving to Los Angeles, I’ve interned as a photo studio intern for e-commerce wholesaler, Janne Walks, as a technical design intern for Frame Denim and a studio intern for LA based fashion designer Bri Seeley! I’ve also done freelance work for photoshoots on set for Hautelook, inventory/buyers prep in the showroom for G-Star Raw & Stanlee’s LA comic 2016 convention.
