Looking to explore Development and Production opportunities.

I am an experienced Head of Development/Development Executive/Producer with vast production experience as a Senior Producer-Director/ Shooting PD/ Edit Producer with many years of experience and a wide range of factual commissions under my belt. In 2019 I made the move to Development full time as I felt like I was generating great factual ideas. I am an alumni of the TRC Supersizer Course 2022 – an industry-backed 6-month process to supersize development talent in the regions to Executive level.  

Before moving into Development full time I have 10 years’ experience as a Producer/Director (be that with talent and crew or self-shooting), Producer and Edit Producer on productions for all major broadcasters. I think production and development complement each other, so I recently dipped my toe back into production, making 4 episodes of The Hotel Inspector for Channel 5 and loved the clarity of production.

I suffer with dyslexia and come from a lower socio-economic background (C2DE) 

Recently I have developed ideas that have led to commissions for multiple streaming services as well as Channel 4, Channel 5, Daytime and More4. My most recent commission is a new fact ent series for the BBC with a big talent due to air at the end of 2025.

My other most recent commissions include a true crime series for a US streamer, a late-night entertainment talk show for the BBC, an 8-part fact Ent series and a 10 part true crime series for Discovery+ as well as a

Channel 4 Daytime Series, which is returning for a 2nd series in 2023.  In the last few years I have also worked in the ‘premium’ factual space, where I have developed shows with Oscar-winning talent behind the camera and also big name stars, icons and even villains in front of the camera.

My production background and broad range of unscripted shows I have developed to commission gives me a greater understanding of what it takes to create memorable content.

Fudamentally I think I know what makes great content and see myself as an obsessive storyteller so I am always on the lookout for great roles across production and development where I can feed my obession.
