I am a 19 year old documentary filmmaker, who wants to change perceptions through film. I aim to shine a light on different cultures and alter people’s world view. I grew up in a small village in Lincolnshire called Old Somerby with a population of just over 200, and documentary films opened up a new world for me, introducing me to new ideas and cultures I wouldn’t otherwise have access to. This is the reason why my films and shows I work on have this connection to the subject. Knowing that there is a close and trusting relationship between herself and the subject means that I am getting the most honest and truthful responses. I enjoy featuring little known subjects or showing well-known topics in a different light, which is why I am also selective with people she chooses to interview and focus on. Read Less
