Recent work: 
As Head of Formats at Naked, I was the showrunner for 'Buying London', the Netflix reality docusoap series which I co-created and developed. I also spearheaded numerous proof of concepts and development projects for both UK and US networks. Additionally, I was the senior exec for two 90-minute comedy entertainment specials for Sky Max: 'Unofficial Science of Indiana Jones' and 'Unofficial Science of Die Hard'.

Working at BBC Studios as Executive Producer, I oversaw a funded development reality format for Channel 4.

Currently developing creating and developing new Fact Ent, Ents and Reality formats for UK and US markets at Bakers Dozen Studios.

About me: I am a creative and versatile Showrunner/Executive Producer/Consultant with over 26 years of experience in premium reality and factual entertainment - I excel at launching ambitious new series, breathing new life into established formats or developing new formats.

My leadership is marked by strong editorial judgment and the ability to make quick decisions, especially in fast-turnaround environments. I have a passion for storytelling and have overseen the output of hundreds of hours of premium programming, including running multiple edits while maintaining the highest editorial standards.

My problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and address challenges are invaluable in managing large-scale productions both in the UK and abroad.

With particular expertise in casting, I’ve contributed to some of the biggest shows on TV.

Thriving under pressure, I work to tight deadlines, devise efficient and cost-effective schedules, and draw the best from cast and talent. I motivate teams and maintain excellent relationships with channel commissioners and the various departments needed to deliver fresh and exciting formats.
