during the months of July and August of 2019, we had the pleasure of working with Xan Gilmour in his role with us on the production of our new series of short docs.

Xan was a huge asset to the team. From the first day to the last, he handled tasks with determination, imagination and composure, particularly when required to deliver in pressurized filming environments, and he was endlessly positive and energetic, despite a grueling production schedule.

As well as creative talent, Xan was also a real problem solver, and a hugely proactive member of the team, who regularly turned difficult scenarios into excellent results. In addition to this, we could also always rely on him to apply newly acquired skills quickly and effectively, which we are sure he will stand his in good stead in upcoming roles. And as well as having the ability to deal with situations in the moment, he was also able to take a step back and view the process as a whole with a calm, clear head.

I am sure that Xan’s skill, composure, grit, dedication and creativity would allow him to undertake this upcoming role with you with great success.
