I am an experienced Senior Casting Producer / Producer / Edit Producer with over 20 years in the TV industry. Based in Bristol but experienced in remote/hybrid working.

I have worked in award winning Fact Ent, Obs Doc, Game show and Reality programmes and am passionate about finding and telling compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

I specialise in contributor and story finding. I have managed large casting teams on BAFTA nominated shows, casting on fast paced and high-volume series, and sourced exceptional characters. I am experienced in gaining complicated access and building lasting relationships around extremley sensitive stories. I can work from large databases as well as being meticulous with outreach. I have worked with vulnerable contributors as well as stand-out characters. I'm highly organised, setting up systems and protocols around duty of care, GDPR, child licensing and the welfare of contributors is paramount to me. I am confident using InDesign and Ilustrator, as well as editing.

As a Producer I have enjoyed story finding on projects around the world, securing access and sourcing reowned experts and talent. I've scheduled numerous complex and logistically challenging shoots in the UK and abroad; working to tight frames while keeping an eye on the detail. I have created running orders, risk assesments, written shoot scripts, conducted interviews and I have also directed crews on location & worked closely with talent.

I am an experienced edit producer, working on prime time and day time series for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. I've helped build the format on first series as well as keeping aligned on more established shows.
