Bright Button’s Lost Home Movies of Nazi Germany was shortlisted for the RTS History Award. Director @NickWatts is here to talk about how footage shot for one reason takes on a sinister new meaning with hindsight. What emerges are honest, unvarnished insights into what it was to live in a country fighting a war of state-sponsored racial hatred. It is a story of knowing and not knowing, often overwhelmingly sad and distressing, but vital and hard to tear your eyes away from. #rtsawardsnominees
