I am a Senior Lecturer at The University of the West of England and a Senior Producer in Unscripted Television.I have worked in the television industry for over 25 years. My most recent credits are Casting Producer for Channel 4’s award winning series One Born Every Minute and Online Edit Producer for ITV’s Tipping Point.I studied Drama at Exeter University and went on to be a Presenter for Sky sports and CITV's Top Ten of Everything. This is where I discovered my love of working in television production.After a short stint as a Casting Assistant Producer for entertainment shows such as BBC's The Bachelor and ITV1's Catchphrase I became a Producer/Director. My first directing credit was for ITV1's Poor Little Rich Girls. Other career highlights include The Truth About Binge Drinking, a 90 minute documentary for ITV1, and Channel 4's Wife Swap. I also spent 5 years as a Senior Producer on Channel 4’s award winning Deal or No Deal.I am currently a Senior Lecturer on the BA Filmmaking course at The University of the West of England where I specialise in Employability - helping students find their way into the industry I love!
