I am a confident and experienced Self Shooting PD who loves an adventure! I have vast broadcast experience in a number of genres.I have a large number of 'Obs Doc' Credits, many of which have required quick thinking in stressful situations.I thrive under pressure and enjoy finding myself in unexpected situations. I have worked as 'Embedded crew' for a number of high profile series including ‘Race Across the world’, 'The Island with Bear Grylls' , ‘Treasure island’ & 'Hunted'. What better way to understand the story than by living the experience! I’ve have enjoyed working on a significant number of first series on high budget fact ents series and I’m always delighted to hear about unusual and ambitious projects.I'm very experienced with shooting in foreign and difficult locations and am happy working away from home for long periods. I've filmed in lots of tricky locations including a Refugee Camp in Jordan, a Hospital Ship in Liberia, with flying Doctors in Australia, and with aviators in extreme Alaskan weather! - I'm always keen to add to the list of weird and wonderful locations!I have vast experience on medical emergency programmes, particularly in pre hospital trauma. I’ve spent years working around Air Ambulance units in the UK and abroad and have a strong grasp of medical terminology. I’m confident in emergency service environments and handling sensitive storylines in difficult situations. I’m a fully line checked Technical Crew Member with Yorkshire Air Ambulance and have racked up 1215 incidents during my long running relationship with their team.I pride myself on the ability to form close relationships with contributors and enjoy telling captivating stories in extraordinary circumstances.I have an array of weird and wonderful training under my belt including Valid HEMS certificate with Yorskhire Air Ambulance, Survival training, Australian Bush Fire training and HUET (Helicopter under water escape) I'm also current with most travel Vaccinations and hold an I Visa.Please check out my varied and extensive CV for more details of my work.
