Currently working as Head of Finance & Operations for a agency producing online content involving film, photography and animation.Skilled in setting up operational systems between finance and production to enhance communication between both departments. Excellent trouble shooter.Very experienced in PMI both finance and production elements.I have over 28 years experience as a production accountant. I have worked on a variety of shows from fast paced productions like Don't Tell the Bride to hard hitting political docs and feature length drama docs. Also comfortable with overseas production, multi currency and Co Pros.I excel in a very busy environment, so obviously good under pressure and great in a crisis!I have managed staff and looked after up to 8 PMs at a time.
