As a Producer with a creative writing background, I’m an international format fanatic who loves to develop exciting and original ideas for Fact-Ent, specialising in competition shows. I have experience doing development across many different genres, generating ideas and creating pitch documents for major UK and Irish broadcasters.

I also have extensive experience in Welfare and having worked in welfare roles since 2021, I’m passionate about the rising use of welfare teams in the industry. In my experience, being able to understand contributors needs and effectively communicate them to a production makes for a better experience for both parties and I love working in a role that facilitates these conversations.On past productions, I’ve built strong relationships with contributors, new talent and my co-workers and have upheld a duty of care long after filming ended.
