A highly experienced and well-respected Talent Executive with exemplary contacts in the Entertainment industry. Exceedingly experienced in booking and producing the highest profile guests both in studio, on location in the UK and overseas. Through an honest and trusting approach, holds exceptionally strong relationships with UK and US agents, publicists, music pluggers, commissioners and prominent talent. Adept at working on numerous projects simultaneously, responding to quick turn around and sensitive changes to production and talent needs.As Head Of On Screen Talent for leading production arm, Fremantle UK, I served as part of the Senior Management team, working closely with the Managing Directors, Creative Directors, and Development leads to develop new show ideas and secure the best talent.Spanning all three of the company’s non-scripted labels; Talkback, Thames and Boundless, I would hold responsibility for existing series’ talent needs alongside developing new ideas with talent at the helm, for treatments, pilots and new series across factual, factual entertainment, entertainment and comedy.Initiating meetings with key talent, agents and managers both in the UK and LA to develop new ideas, I would then act as an introductory partner to the relevant label within Fremantle, based on my knowledge of each label’s current objectives and remit.In addition to overseeing celebrity bookers on existing series, I would lead on all rate and fee negotiation when securing talent for new series as well as regularly attending studios to produce the talent; from hosts, judges, team captains & contestants to one-off panel guests to ensure that their experience was flawless.
