The photo series I shoot are visual stories concentrating on themes of identity, experiences, and youth culture.Being part of Creative Workforce for the Future in Bristol has allowed me to build connections with other creatives in Bristol. Through developing these artistic relationships I have worked on exciting film, social action, culture and social media strategy projects.I gained my filmmaking and photography skills at the MetFilm school in London. Currently, I am based in Bristol where I've worked on projects that are in relation to creative hubs like Watershed Cinema, Rife Magazine, BBC New Creatives and Ujima Radio.It’s important to have my voice represented in creative workforces because I am a young female creative who is a first-generation immigrant with a hope for representation for all minorities. I believe that the importance of sharing authentic stories keeps the world revolving.
