I had the pleasure of working with Noel on an episode of Channel 4's Unreported World. He was everything you want in an editor - sharp, communicative, skilful, and (when required) fast! Despite having some challenging rushes in a mix of Japanese and Korean, Noel was never fazed by how to manage them and we worked collaboratively on crafting the film which was the most watched episode of that season of UW.

Noel edited an episode of Unreported world that I directed, and it was such a pleasure to work with him. Due to the nature of the beast, the turn around times were upon us in the blink of an eye, but somehow Noel had managed to build a lovely narrative, putting together some beautiful sequences that I never would have thought of. We were editing remotely, but I never felt worried as he worked quickly and brilliantly. And he is amazing at picking the right music.
