I work well as part of a team and enjoy the fast pace working on a production involves. I am good at taking using my own initiative and making on the spot decisions. Working on a big production can be a very stressfull enviroment and I believe I have the tact and the people skills to keep a calm energy whilst supporting others to get the production running smoothly.
