I have developed formats for both TV and online often collaborating with brand partners and sponsors. I started my career in linear TV, and have numerous credits (for BBC, ITV, C4, Sky1 etc) producing programmes and series in many different genres: reality, ob-doc, fact-ent, gameshows, comedy and children's. I then worked in AFP, developing, pitching and producing content ideas for television, online and mobile platforms. I also had to consider distribution and IP rights and offer ideas for UK and international territories, including multi-territory propositions. These roles have required creative flair and strong editorial judgement, as well as leadership and decision making qualities and strong pitching and presentation skills. I've also a good knowledge of compliance and contractual/legal issues and having managed teams of 2 to 100 people I've excellent people and communication skills.
