Read LessJemma is an experienced and unflappable Series Producer / Series Edit Producer with a wealth of knowledge in current affairs and factual programmes. She has a real eye for a story, and understands how best to tell it. She's calm, conscientious and extremely capable of tackling really difficult editorial propositions. She manages expectations well, and never oversells, which is a huge comfort, as you always know where you are. I love working with Jemma - she's an absolute rock.
