Hello! I'm Louis, a Studio Researcher, most recently for the award-winning BBC topical and consumer show Morning Live.

I have a track record in factual entertainment with a love for developing editorial ideas. I'm experienced in producing and delivering two briefs a week, focusing on consumer, health, celebrity entertainment, cooking and gardening demonstrations. All are developed in and alongside strict editorial guidelines and packed full of take-home.

My skill set includes executing research chats with celebrity guests and experts, commissioning graphics, taking ownership of the edit, sourcing clips from external publicists, clearing stills and music from archive libraries, sorting viewer comments whilst on-air, fact-checking with tact, video editing and pitching topical and consumer ideas; along with possible contributors. I also have a strong understanding of compliance, versed in liaising with the appropriate legal bodies.
