Broadcast Hot Shot 2018I am a confident and well-rounded Producer and Director. I have worked in a number of genres including entertainment, comedy (both scripted and non), reality and game shows. I am looking to work predominantly in comedy and comedy-ent. I keep myself up to date with both British and US comedy shows. I also attend a lot of comedy shows and watch a lot of stand up online, I am therefore aware of the emerging new talent as well as established acts and the content coming out of the circuit currently.I am a strong and pro-active caster, having cast for reality shows, games shows and clip shows. I have phone bashed, street cast and used social media to find the right people. I am capable of targeting contributors with a specific or broad remit as well as tracking down individuals from viral videos even from obscure and international clips.Strong archive, stills and music clearance experience. I've sourced and cleared UGC content from a variety of agencies, as well as directly from individuals. I have also sourced and cleared clips from other TV shows through BBC and ITV archives. I have also cleared music for both BBC and ITV shows, this includes music played in, embedded in videos and also played live in the studio.My technical skills include shooting on XF305 and similar cameras for casting tapes and IV's for broadcast. I have set up cameras, sound and lighting for shoots and have conducted the IVs myself. I have also edited casting tapes, trailers, adverts and more on Final Cut and on Adobe Premier Pro.I am capable of generating new ideas and strands for shows, whether it's coming up with new rounds or coming up with new content within existing ones.Additional skills include fluent in Bengali and able to drive.
