My name is Louie Richardson-Downer, I am a Production Secretary. I have experience on a variety of unscripted television programmes in the field of factual reality television, from which I have developed a wide ranging skillset that enables me to succeed in any environment I find myself.
As a Production Secretary I am always proactive regardless of what position I find myself in, as a previous runner I have experience with training up runners into studio positions on programmes as well as building healthy rapport with contributors and making sure they have a good experience on the programmes they are going to be participating on.
I am also experienced within the more technical side of production helping manage expenses through PMI and working within budget for the programmes I am on.
