I pride myself in having a positive work ethic, a friendly personality, a strong head to meet daily targets and to learn every step of my journey. I have a strong interest in the creative industry. I have thrived on being a part of a production team and learning transferable skills in a professional film environment. My time at Nostairway Creative has been nothing but positive. I am so grateful for the experience they have provided. In my production assistant role, I developed more of a general understanding about the industry in terms of working with clients and working in the studio. I met Greg Dyke at a charity event that I was filming for. ETNA community centre in St Margaret’s had a major refurbishment and had a party to celebrate the reopening to the public. Nostairway Creative was hired to do a video reel for social media and websites. I want to develop the skills I have obtained and learn new skills. I have organised, overseen, directed, recorded, edited and bounced the final product over for both audio and video production projects. I have also worked as a boom operator which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I am passionate about visual storytelling as I’ve always been a creative person. I would love to work in the film industry because I believe it is the most creative place to be. I am a huge fan of film dramas and fantasy. I am constantly fascinated by the creativity that goes into each project. Audio and visual content speaks a thousand words and interprets a different opinion or story for everyone. That’s what I love about it! I would love to be a part of the process to make that happen. I believe this would be a great opportunity to put my skills into further practice and grow as a creative.
