6+ years’ experience across Broadcast Media & Television Production, with a background spanning Production Management, Casting, international travel, logistics and production operations.
My career in TV began at ITV’s Global Head Office in London as a Snr. Logistics & Workplace Coordinator. In this role, I supported several PM teams alongside wider corporate functions, working with colleagues at all levels of the business, from junior staff through to C-suite executives.
During my time at ITV, I also gained hands-on production experience as a Day Runner on shows including Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Love Island: Aftersun and other ad-hoc productions.
In 2021, I moved to Fremantle to work on a project for Netflix Global, taking my first role directly within Production Management as a Casting Production Secretary on Too Hot To Handle Seasons 4 & 5. This gave me invaluable experience within large-scale international production and provided the foundation for the Production Management roles I have undertaken since.
During my credits, I have developed extensive experience in complex production logistics, including booking international travel and accommodation, visa and immigration requirements, coordinating the movement of hundreds of cast and crew, carnets, shipping and freight, logistics planning, budget responsibility, catering, contributor and crew welfare, filming permissions, music and other production clearances, kit allocation and management, production paperwork, complex security planning and Runner and Prod-Sec management.
Casting, international travel and kit management are particular areas of strength, although my experience extends across the wider Production Management function. I am comfortable working under significant pressure, managing competing priorities and responding to tight and rapidly changing deadlines with a calm and consiered approach.
I have worked in both studio and location including live and pre-recorded productions across both urban and remote/rural settings. My experience has taken me across the UK, Europe, the USA, South Africa, Turks & Caicos Islands and Australia, giving me substantial experience coordinating productions and teams internationally. I am both Physical & Psychological Health First Aid trained.
My on-location experience has allowed me to become particuarly proficient in crisis management, emergency evacuation in remote, high-risk environments and have a proven ability to maintain emotional regulation, execute decisive leadership, and stabilise complex situations under intense psychological pressure.
My credits span a wide variety of genres and formats, including Reality, Factual Entertainment, Comedy, News, Game Shows, Music and Documentaries. Alongside my Production background, I have experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing and have always had a strong interest in the Editorial and creative side of television. I have completed MIVs, worked closely with and shadowed Gallery, Casting, Welfare and Floor Producers, and contributed creative feedback and ideas to Games Producers on entertainment formats I have worked on.
I believe one of my key strengths is the combination of operational and creative thinking I bring to a production. I am confident managing complex logistics, international movements, budgets and large-scale operational planning, while also having a genuine interest in the content itself and how a production comes together creatively.
Career highlights include working on, I’m a Celebrity… South Africa as part of the first ITV UK team to deliver this version of the format to British audiences; Celebs Go Dating with Lime Pictures for Channel 4; and Too Hot To Handle for Netflix
