Read MoreI am a creative, hardworking and passionate 24 year old looking for recruitment into the TV & video production industry. My most current course and field of work is filmmaking & media, and has been for the last six years of education. From the age of sixteen I studied creative media production at Hull College and after finishing that course, I then went on to do a bachelor’s degree at the Hull School of Art & Design. During this course I spent a further three years exploring filmmaking and the media industry whilst making short films and content of my own. I am extremely passionate about filmmaking and from these years of study, I have learnt a variety of skills from the technical side of productions to knowledge about the TV & film industry as a whole. I am well versed in all aspects of filmmaking, and have experience using cameras, technical equipment and editing programmes such as Premier Pro. As well as filmmaking, I also practise photography, illustration and design and have experience using Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator. My photography is something I am very passionate about, I have practised it, mostly self taught, for over three years and I have used it both professionally and freelance. Working in the TV industry has been my calling for as long as I can remember. So I am incredibly focused on obtaining a video production centric job, in which I can start to advance my career, develop my skills and become more involved in the industry.
I am incredibly passionate about video production, and all the technical components involved with it. I am a very determined and driven individual equipped with the necessary skills required to work on productions. I am very eager to get my foot in the door and one day be recruited into the TV industry so I can use my skills in the environment I know I belong in, and also learn integral new skills and ways of thinking that will be key in forging a career in the industry.
