Katrin took over from a PC mid production on a quick turnaround complex True Crime show and within a few days, you'd never have known she hadn't been on the show since the start! She uses her initiative, is a quick learner and just gets things done (without having to be asked multiple times!) Katrin was really good prepping the final post documents, including the legal and compliance notes and I haven't seen anyone pick up L&C as fast as she did. Overall, I was impressed with her diligent work ethic which is evident in the fact she started in August for 6 weeks that stretched through until December! I would highly recommend Kat and I really hope to work with her future projects.
