I think I may have given Jess her first job in TV about 20 years ago! Since then I have worked with her regularly and have never failed to be impressed with her positive attitude, professionalism, efficiency and calm authority - all whilst producing stylish well-written content. Jess and I worked together on a new mixed format show, 'Fixing Britains Teeth'. She came on board as a highly experienced features PD but had to quickly adapt to shooting extensive obs doc, following our contributors on an emotional journey to get their teeth fixed. She's an excellent self-shooter, calm, creative and utterly reliable. She formed strong bonds with the contributors and they eventually gave her really good access.
