My enthusiasm in collaborative creative settings means that I am extremely motivated to be a Production Manager. I thrive in a team setting and have fine-tuned my ability to liaise between Talent and Crew. My approach to Production Management focuses on utilising my practical experiences in informing creative thinking with regards to the logistical details involved in producing an idea from start to finish. The production skills I gained academically are supported by my professional experiences where I have assisted a range of independent Writers and Producers with facilitating their projects.

A particular area of interest for me is diversity and inclusion in the industry. This is reflected through the shows I most enjoy most e.g. Sex Education and Heartstopper which appeal to new audiences and portray underrepresented but highly relevant narratives such as sexual violence, gender identity and disability. During my career, I aim to be an active part of creating better representation of minority groups in television. Therefore, my goal is to work on a Production Team on projects that enable me to pursue this ambition.
