I am 20 years old and from Hackney, London. I have been working in the media industry for 3 years. Starting off I worked for my school newspaper, I quickly became entranced in journalism. Once I left school I began working for Time & Leisure magazine and Wimbledon Book Festival respectively as a freelance writer and social media content creator. In January 2023 I was then employed at a Youtube Channel called Faultline as a production assistant and script writer. I also contribute as a videographer for Resort Sportswear. I am in my first year of studying Geography (Ba) at the University Of Manchester, but oscillate between there and London where I work as a waiter in a restaurant. Despite being at university, I have still continued my journalism, writing scripts and working remotely. I am also part of the University TV channel, working as a videographer and presenter. I am also a model, walking for the first time at London Fashion Week this year. Overall, I am an ambitious individual looking to broaden my career within media/journalism, I have an eye for a story and dedication to the industry. My field is factual/political but I have also previously covered stories in sports, fashion, news, events and food. I have worked both behind and infront of the camera, but prefer presenting.
