Hi, I'm Ben.

I successfully concluded a 9-month placement programme with the Film Distributors' Association at the documentary production, releasing, and international sales distributor, Dogwoof. During my placement period I was fully embedded within the team, gaining experience across multiple departments including Production & Development, Marketing, and UK Releasing. Upon completion of theprogramme I was contracted to join the International Sales team as a Sales Assistant. My role as a Production Assistant for Dogwoof required providing in-office administrative support to production teams planning and undertaking overseas shoots in locations varying from quiet French villages, to the Great Plains in Botswana. One of my proudest achievements at Dogwoof was attaining my first professional film credit, I look forward to the opportunity to earn more.

I graduated from The University of Winchester with First Class Honours in Film Production. My graduate film, ‘Children of the Valley,’ was screened at the Cannes Marché du Film as part of an industry screening hosted by the International Film Festival Manhattan. The film is also on the Screen Alliance Wales Showcase YouTube channel and won 'Best Welsh Film' at The Celynen Film Festival (2025). Read Less
