I am an entrant into the screen industries with a Bachelor's in Digital Media Art (2021) and a Master's in Film Studies (2023). Throughout my internships and experiences as a volunteer, I have always been a very hand-on individual that helps wherever help is needed. As a student of film, I enjoy writing film essays/ reviews and constantly studying on how to read films better. While completing my undergraduate course in 2019, I worked as a principal assistant on an archival project with curator Shai Heredia of Experimenta India where we travelled to the Kerala International Film Festival showcasing works from Experimenta India Archives. I was part of a small team that helped curate, catalog and run a series of screenings of the archival experimental films in Bangalore, India over the course of 2 months.
With an academic background in 2D Animation and Film Studies, I am keen on working within the film and HETV industries particularly within the worldbuilding aspect of pre-production and the art department. With my visual arts training, I am proficient at using the entire Adobe Creative Suite software and also staying in touch with my fine arts background by maintaining sketch books and painting in my free time.
