I started Charlotte’s Kitchen & worked as a Tv Host for Michelin Guide (Launching the Guide in LA) where I have cooked with star chefs & also started a Tv Show on the Belgian Tv RTBF where I was cooking with star chefs, sharing kitchen hacks around simple recipes & quality ingredients.
 
I was also doing it for French fashion magazine L’Officiel where I had the chance to cook with chefs such as Mauro Colagreco, Cedric Grolet, Pierre Hermé & many others.

During covid, I started Une Cha Un Chef where I invited star chefs around the world to cook simple recipes through the Live Instagram Platform. Jean François Piège, Yannick Alléno Pierre Marcolini, Anotnio Bachour & many others were amongst the chefs that I stared in my show.
